The prominent accessory creator PowerA has announced two new lines of officially licensed Nintendo Switch controllers. Previously, they released wired controllers featuring popular Nintendo brands, such as Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda. This time, the company is releasing wireless versions, as traditional or Gamecube-styled gamepads. The Gamecube pads also have a wired variant for a significantly lower price.

The wireless controllers will retail at $49.99, whilst the wired Gamecube pad will release at a much lower price of $24.99.

Just Switch, it looks like. Would probably work with PC though.

But tbh, the GC-styled controller looks pretty nice.

much better than a unreplaceable one that might only last a few years.
sure you can open the device up, but it's not always easy to find the right one.
there still doesn't seem to be a good 3rd party psp battery, at least last time i checked.

I wonder, how can we play games such as Mario Party where, I bet, motion control will be used?

Mario Party will supposedly only support single JoyCons so it won't work with this.

I'll consider the GameCube one, even if I only use it to emulate GameCube on my PC. The shoulder buttons will probably just be digital though. I really miss the spongey GameCube L&R buttons.

Wireless, with ALL the buttons like ZL, uses AA batteries. And cheap.

    I'll take 2, thank you!
