Which uses up more power on the DSL, the internal speakers a plain set of earbuds/headphones?

Using headphones uses less power than using the speakers, due to the power needed to amplify the sound to a reasonable level.

Thanks for the info, one more quick question for anyone who is reading. Is there a high capacity DS lite battery that doesn't suck, I've only heard bad things about the cheap third party ones.
