Yeah, been experiencing this.
Go in to quick edit a post, gets stuck on the loading thing.
Can't edit (or quick edit) posts, can't make new posts for a while.
After the hiccup, all of my edits and posts went through.

Just noticed that everything just kind of backed up. Ended up with only one accidental double post at least out of it.
the server restarts its services every hour to avoid memory leaks (which can cause system crashes)
it explains why our servers are quite stable but also every hour theres a few seconds downtime for restarting the services.
