I made it using this CosmoCourtney's Cafe Code Types thread as a guide. I cannot find a more up to date thread on code types anywhere.

Weird that you don't get a notification if someone posts to a thread and the post gets merged.
Anyway the code seems fine but the pointer you are using isn't always working. I would suggest you use address 0x332C28FC as your base pointer. In my test this pointer always worked and you don't have to enter NFC Figure before.

Is there a code or a mod for Sonic Lost World to always play as Link-Sonic from the Zelda DLC level, but in all levels and not just the DLC level? I would love that.
