    Possibly a GPS for the DS

    How to make one.








    natrium42 shows on his wiki how to connect a GPS module to the DSerial motherboard, said setup would turn the DS into no less than a GPS receiver.

    yea great but you have to open you ds and the software. But maby in a few months it's beter thane a tom tom

    He originally made a post on his blog about this in Aug 2005.

    Considering nothing has been done with it since, I find it hard to imagine anything will happen now.

    im pretty sure this was posted on gbatemp a long long looooong time ago but i can't seem to find it anyhow this will hopefully become more fuctional in the future because i don't wanna open my ds

    Somehow I don't think I would feel safe carrying a makeshift GPS.
