Hacking Possible to use one Gateway Card on 2 different 3DS?

Just wondering if it's possible to use one Gateway 3DS card on 2 different 3DS consoles owned by a single person.

Example: I have a old 3DS and a New 3DS both with 128GB internal SD/Micro SD cards and I use one Gateway card to install the exploit on each console then I install CIA files internally on each console and use the Blue card to install the exploit again when needed run CIA games off each consoles emuNAND.

Well we have no idea of how the 9.0-9.2 update will work. But if it continues to work like with 4.5, then yes you can use one gateway card on multiple 3DSs, but the saves will be different unless you transfer saves, which are stored on the big internal SD card. I think the only thing you put on the microsd in red/white card are .3ds and .3dz roms, so you can swap that card around freely.

worth noting that while its possible, im sure some people would think "yeah i can just load up games on peoples 3ds with my gateway card and charge for the service", but for the record you need to insert the red card to be able to use the .cia installed games, so whenever the 3ds is turned off, goes flat, or crashes you would need to have access to the gateway card to boot back into gateway mode

as Thomas said this is based on how things currently work on 4.x consoles, until the 9.x update is out we do not know for sure

Umm I said the both 3DS's are owned by a single person me in this case...I'm not even remotely close to thinking of charging for or doing a scam service.

I thought all you need is the Blue card to install the exploit if the 3DS has been powered of in order to play installed CIA games.
