Hacking Possible to use CEMU style "patches" on Wii U?

Strange question, I'm sure, but I figured I would ask. I'm coming back to my Wii U now after a long break. I've been using CEMU mostly due to the increased graphics and ability to run patches to change aspects of the game. Is it at all possible yet to do the same on an actual Wii U? For example, Xenoblade Chronicles X has a cemuhook graphics pack that changes monster part drop rates and increases collectible range. Is there any sort of program that can do the same thing on the console or is it still emulation only?

I don't believe you can use cheats made for cemu and vise versa but there are plenty of cheats you can implement on many Wii u games with homebrew. Just search the forum for the name of your game and you'll either find a trainer or you can make you're own cheats
