Homebrew Possible to system transfer unhacked N3DS to a9lhax N3DS?

If I have an unhacked (but with homebrew) N3DS XL on 11.0 and a a9lhax+luma3ds N3DS XL on 11.0, can I system transfer from the first system to the second system?

As far as I know it should be possible, since I think a system transfer is basically just a title transfer that doesn't touch the firmware directly. But before I do so I want to make absolutely sure it won't do anything weird like remove a9lhax or luma, or brick the receiving console.

I would probably dump my save files with homebrew beforehand just in case.

I don't think it would affect either console, and even if it did do something to the a9lh 3ds, (I'm assuming you're using a cfw with firm protection) it wouldn't be able to remove a9lh or something like that.

That's what I figured. I thought I would ask around first, though. I just bought this second system to avoid doing a hardmod to my primary one, it'd be a shame if I had to do one anyway.
