ROM Hack Possible to request info on a Medabot 3ds translation?

On any of the 3ds versions? I'd love to be able to play with english text as this was one of my favourite shows growing up, if any team has been considering it or is already working on it, please let me know!

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
