Gaming Possible to recover savesgames from sd after format

hey guys,
during the cfw install i was forced to format my 3ds.
i formatted it WITHOUT my sdcard, so the data is still there.
but with the format, i got a new 32digit id and my ds doenst recognize the data.
now i got my old nintendo3ds/(32digits)/ folder with some savegames inside.
is it possible to get this working on the same 3ds with a new id?(especially the vc savegames are important )
And what about my old Friendcode, can i recover it too?

Do you have a NAND backup from before format? If not then you can't get it back afaik. (Unless you were following a outdated emunand/rednand guide. If you did follow this instead https://3ds.guide/)

i dont think that i got one. only after i formatted the device.
