Just wondering if this is possible. For the web browser, maybe we could put the ROM on a server or on a SD Card and have something activate it?

Or as a Launcher.dat...

Yeah if you want to implement the ARM9 exploit and write your own loader feel free to go ahead.

Same reason why Regionthree needed to use Download Play in the background.
You would need to copy the entire ROM into memory, and the 3DS doesn't have enough memory.
some homebrew is in .3ds and is smaller than my dads dick, so the 3ds could probably load all that into the system. Would that be possible?

If you want homebrew, you probably ought to wait until someone gets around to finishing the .3dsx loader.
If you want roms, You're going to end up breaking a lot of things gaining the required access to do it, so you might as well go emunand with it.

This could be useful to be able to launch savedatafiler on sysnand, to import a save on a retail cartridge

Yeah, as previously stated, the entire .3DS executable must be stored in the RAM for this to work. Shutterbug and I were trying to get this to work by modifying the mediatype path of Regionthree, and it gave me a million errors.
