Hacking Possible to install .cia theme to sysnand after unlinking?

I was wondering, is it possible to install .cia themes to sysnand after unlinking emunand and sysnand?

i just did it. my emuNAND and sysNAND was unlinked.

just boot HBL from your emuNAND, you will be fine(for myself, my 3ds boots up with HBL, then i go to rxtool cfw, then i open browser to go to HBL again, from there, i use CHMM to install the theme, works like a charm)
(this is just my method, hope you understand what i mean)

just make sure you run HBL from emuNAND!! then install theme within that HBL!

In sysNAND .cia installed don't work if they aren't legit - and themes are not legit

You can if you create a new data base for your sysnand but you must boot to pasta mode in rxtools and install fbi in sysnand...

Can you elaborate on how to create the new database once I have fbi installed? And is this safe to do so?

If you have nand unlink, u have 2 folder in "Nintendo DS" on your SD, you can create 2 data base, one for your sysnand and one for your emunand...

Are you referring to extdata? I'm using pasta on 9.2 so I don't have emunand, just wondering how to create the database for only sysnand to allow for theme cia installation.

Here is your solution :

import.db and title.db in sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/[numbers]/[numbers]/dbs/

you can make blank .txt files and rename them to import.db and title.db, then go in system settings, data management, 3DS, and let it repair the databases so they can be used and then you can install stuff with FBI.

I already have the extdata files and folders. When I'm in fbi, do I install to nand or sd?

And will this let me use themes without any hacks running on sysnand (rxtools, pasta, etc)?

U must launch Pasta Mode in rxTools to boot into sysnand and install fbi !
