Possible to homebrew Wii and run backed up ISOs without a USB drive?

I am planning on softmodding my Wii in the next couple months when I have time to get around to it. I have a 400GB SanDisk SDXC microSD card and I was wondering if it was possible to move all my backed up ISOs both Wii and GC to the SD card and remove the need for an extra SD card. I can just buy a microSD to USB adapter but the less hardware the better. I'm trying to go diskless and have as minimal a setup as possible.

You can use these three chargers at a time (Wiiflow, USB Loader GX and Configurable USB Loader) These three loaders launch games from the SD card. It's up to you to choose your favorite or the three.
