Possible to get pokemon blue with the supergameboy palette in anyway?

Been trying and researching this but cant seem to find a way is this possible? edit: was wondering how to do this on a virtual console inject

You would need to hack the game to modify the color pallete, feasible, yes.

Patch, then inject... simple!

You shouldn't have major issues as all you're modifying are the colors themselves, nothing more.

Here, compare the two images (Unpatched Vs. Patched):
