Hacking Possible to Convert .CIA saves to GW .3DS format?

i have a bunch of saves from games that i played on cfw 4.5 from 3ds games converted to cia format. the saves seem to all be named 00000001.sav in their respective folders. they are only 512kb in size. how do i convert it to be able to use with .3ds games on gateway? i dont think savedatafiler works. is it even possible?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
