Had to do a NAND Restore after a failed ChoiDujourNX update. But now I've run into an odd situation that I'm wondering if there is an easy fix.

After doing the NAND Restore, all the games that I had previously played are showing up on the Home Screen, but when I try to launch them they don't do anything. Normally I should be getting a popup telling me to insert the game cart. Not only that, but the little game cart icon that shows up on the left side of the game title should be empty, well mine is showing up solid instead. The reason why I think they are showing up solid is because after I created my original NAND Backup, I had installed those games directly to my SD Card using NSP files that I created from my original game cart dumps. So the Switch is obviously detecting that I still have that game data on my SD Card, but it just won't launch.

So I decided to try installing one of my game updates to see if that would somehow cause the Switch to rebuild the location data for that game. So I took the MK8 update that I had and installed it using Tinfoil. I went back to the Home Screen and tried launching the game but it still wouldn't launch. So then I went into DevMenu and deleted the update that I had just installed, went back to the Home Screen and tried launching the game again and BOOM it worked!

So that tells me that it's definitely possible to do this by changing some data somewhere in the NAND, I just don't know what or where. Of course I could just do this same trick with all of my games, but not all of my games have updates, so obviously this trick won't work for all my games.

I know I could just reinstall the NSP files again and be done with it, but I'm curious if there is another way around this. I'm sure there is but this probably isn't something that a lot of people have run into, so I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before and knows a possible workaround.
