You have to install it in NonexistentNAND, as well as both sysNAND and emuNAND. Then, you have to drink a gallon of bleach and pray.

But if you're at a point where you like to buy games, what's the need for an emuNAND? Personally, I don't really pirate any 3DS retail games, just old gba, snes and gbc games on emulators.

Rom hacks, cheats, mods, etc.
Downgrading and CFW isn't only about piracy.

I was talking to a friend about this a while back, we don't really like how hacking a device instantly correlates with piracy. Piracy is something you can do once you hack, hacking isn't piracy.
Also, demos are dying man. Demos are crap and don't really represent the game in question. CIAs are a good way to try out a game before you buy. I'll usually give a game a few days, if I like it, I'll end up buying it. If I don't, well I just delete it off my 3DS. Didn't have to waste my money on a crappy game.
