Homebrew [Possible?] More than 10 people at Streetpass

Once, I decided to go to the streetpass app for the first time in 3 months, and I had gotten 24 tags WITH ONE PERSON! It was weird AF!

the mii plaza games aren't programmed to be able to handle more than 10 people.
the closest you can get is by letting 10 people in, and having 10 at the gate.
