ROM Hack Possible Guitar Grip Homebrew?

Hey,

I have this idea, to use the guitar grip with the game boy advance. Someone could develop a proof-of-concept homebrew for this?

I understand that this is difficult due to the fact that there is only one slot on the GBA, however, the homebrew could utilize a trick where you pull the flash card out, and It loads the homebrew into the RAM,
and then you would put the guitar grip in.

Probably not possible, but an idea nonetheless.

GBA doesn't use hotswap, it doesn't work like that.

Nobody with any skill left is working on a cable program. What good is it in having a 32kb app access extra buttons?

...why would you even want it on the gba its kind of...out dated.
