Portal layout

Ok, so I may be missing the obvious here, but;

When the site changed to its latest incarnation I'm pretty sure you could fiddle around with the layout of the portal - eg. Wii release first, then NDS, then scene news etc.... I've looked all over my GBA temps settings and just can't find anything to restructure the portal layout. Am I going mad, or has it disappeared?

Portal display: what subjects do you want to see on the portal? In which order?
Example: NDS, GBA, General. Possible items: General, NDS, GBA, Wii, Homebrew.
