Homebrew Port "ArmJoe: the Les Miserables Fighting Game" to DS.

I recently came across a homemade fighting game entitled "ArmJoe." It is an incredibly hilarious Les Miserables 2D fighting game that is also incredibly fun. I was wondering if simple PC games can be ported to DS, and if so how? I would love to work hard and port this magnificent game to the DS

If you have the source code, it might be possible. If not, you are probably never going to see a Wii port.
