GBATemp member leinad has submitted a multiplayer oriented version of the classic coin-op known as pong for the DS.

The game includes 4 game modes and, in a move reminiscent of some of the warioware touched mini games, includes some multiple players on one DS modes:

    • 2 screens, 2 player , 1 or 2 balls
    • 1 screen , 3 player, 1 ball
    • 2 screens, 3 player, 1 ball
    • 1 screen, 2 player , 1 ball

    [title:controls]

    player 1 : D-Pad

    player 2 : X & B (in 2player, 1 screen mode)

    Y & A (in 2 player, 2 screen mode and 3player "P1 vs p2 vs CPU" mode)

!!!!! A & B ( in 3 player, all vs all mode ( in cause of trouble with the third player) )

    player 3 : Start & Select

pause : Start ( in 2 player modes)

    R + L ( in 3 player modes)

    menu controls:

Select : switch between CPU modes (3modes)

L or R : Change between 1 or 2 balls. (2 balls in 1 player on 1 screen not available)

Left / Right : decrease / increase the number of points for the match.

I would not worry jaymz52 as there have been several versions of Pong already so I would not worry, quite in fact it practically the next step after "hello world" for a lot of machines/languages.

Still I quite like this version (the name at the bottom of the screen can get a bit intrusive but that is probably just me, it is also one of the few games that allow for simultaneous play on the DS.

    Gambia, The
jaymz52 - I think thera are many pong versions for the ds x) And they are all diffrent (ball speed, how the ball is "rolling" etc...)
Just find your own ideas ;D

@The "by DDaniel", I will test it a bit how it affects the gameplay and maybe remove it during playing ~~ (so just in the menu... ) maybe yellow on white isnt a good idea x)

And if you find any terrible bugs: just post it =/ if its worth a new release I will change & upload >.< (but I dont want to make a new up for every little change x_x)
Known bugs: To win you need a point more than you have set in the Menu. (if you have configured to play to 11 points you need 12 to win...)

Happy playing [IMG] The 2player game mode with 1ball is a bit boring, but 3player is funny x3

(Sorry for my horrible english, as you maybe can see in the menu, Im german =/ )

Now, we instead think you copied the guy who said he was gonna make a Pong clone, but didn't!
