installed today, otphelper came up with errors verifying,... went thru with it anyways, all good.

Works fine, I use gateway to streamline the process. Having sysupdater and tinyformat as .3ds make it super easy and otp helper for 2.x fix and the ability to flash emu to sys nand the process only takes me 45 min from 9.3+ to 9.2/10.7 a9hl aurei
I bricked an o3ds after injecting the 2.1 emunand into sysnand. I followed the guide perfectly. I can launch recovery mode but it always gets stuck in the same spot updating (I've seen multiple other people with this same problem after bricking while injecting emunand) so I assume it's caused by a downgrade file not being installed correctly.
Well, hopefully if you made backups and such you can recover from it. Would suck to have a borked system.
I have nand backups of course but I'll need to get a hardmod first. As soon as my n3ds gets back from its hardmod (that one wasnt bricked I just wanted to be safe) I'll send it in.
It was a success, and it was very easy. Especially when you already have menuhax + emunand from the get go.
It is absolutely disgusting what certain members are doing to this forum. It truly makes me sick to my stomach that we can't even make threads without having clowns screw them up. What a shame.....

Had the 0004003000008F02 error while downgrading but the solution offered worked great.
Just a suggestion to make things even easier: consolidate all the sd files in a single archive so it can be a single copy-paste rather than about a dozen downloads and steps.
