With no Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter on Wii U, this could be the only alternative to Super Smash Bros. I can't comment on Injustice, I never played it, though it looks nice.
Okay there goes my money...
I'm so excited for this game already. It's an amazing looking game! Hope it playsbas nice as it looks.
YAY! More Wii U games lmao
I will buy... No doubt about it.
Looks like a button mashing version of Pokemon Stadium.
Well, let's see with positive thinking:
- Pokkén Tournament
- Zelda (maybe)
- Shin Megami X Tensei
Eeesh.. really hope it's not only three or four games (there'll probably be the yearly Just Dance and Skylanders but meh that's not the games most would want to play).
This game comes to stay for a long time in next generations, hope GameFreak take the idea to do introduce this kind of game to the main series, like trading our PKMN from XY/ORAS and fight :3 that would be really awesome, maybe they are testing if it works in the market, like the first PKMN Stadium released on Japan and then they made a complete game (with 700+ PKMN) on it :3
This was the first thing that I read when I woke up today.
Today's probably going to be a good day!
It goes to show that maybe Nintendo really is still hiding a few things that they didn't reveal at E3...
Am I the only one that figured out that the title looks a lot like Tekken Tournament? hell, even the logo looks almost the same...
surprised amount of people that this was coming out: 0
well Pokkén Tournament is a Bandai Namco Entertainment game,
Maybe that explains... But still, it's not original if you ask me
And it's based on Tekken too.
I know what I am buying
Wow, a new game for Wii U!
Checking calendar, nope, it's not April 1st.
Hmmm... Weird thing.
It's just Tekken with Pokemon characters. If you think Tekken is button mashing, then I suppose this is as well. You could also try to learn to play fighting games properly, though. Simply mashing buttons may get you past the AI occasionally, but you're not really playing the game at that point.
I like to call it Pokemon Rumble with actual 3D models.
Pokémon 3D Rumble isn't a bad title but Pokkén Tournament sounds way cooler.
Man...did anyone else catch the twitch tournament stream ?
Justin Wong got beat twice by Pikachu and lost the final match "
At a high level, the "PRS" format has a nice technical touch.
Anyhow, will be keeping my eyes on the twitch stream for more news !!
