Hacking Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Savegames Always Corrupted

Whenever I go into any of those games it says that my savegame is corrupted. Even after deleting the savegame with B + X + Up and saving a new one the same thing happens.

My system nand is on firmware 4.5.0-8E and my emuNAND on firmware 9.5.0-23E.

Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this? It's most likely some kind of save incompatibility but I only play on emuNAND so it shouldn't be the case. :|

Note that everything worked fine before I downgraded my firmware but I'm not quite sure if something else is the culprit.

Also note that any other game is not affected, even Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity works fine but none of the classic Pokémon editions.
