Yes if you searched google or the website you would see that is quite possible as the game works perfectly well on systems as old as the master system. The modders even managed to get 3d effects on a of CRT televisions as well as hand gestures via a VGA digital camera

1: You cannot ask for roms here.
2: The only 3DS emulators at the moment cannot play anything but homebrew.
