No, it's not important like the HD on the PS3/360, because the 3DS weren't meant to have the 3D effect as it´s main feature... so why the hell will that matter then? All the games released before with it enabled are all wrong aimed to the console, it wasn't made to display 3D images in the first place anyway [/sarcasm]

Comparing HD to 3D is nonsense.
3D is just a gimmick, it doesn't make much difference in gameplay or visuals,
it gives a better depth perception, and few games like SM3DL use it efficiently.
3D is so important, that Nintendo made 2DS without 3D.

Playing 480p games on a HDTV is just bad, it looks ugly as hell.
With TVs getting bigger and having more definition, it was a natural step to change from SD to HD.

i agree with this, the 3d is nothing more but a gimmick. while its a nice feature for some games its not really needed, and while the 3d is powerful its not on par with game systems like the 360 or the ps3 which where created to handle full on 3d. the system has its limitations, every system does thats what game designers have to keep in mind while making their product. You have to deal with what you get, its a fact of life.

And why do you think Nintendo release 2DS at the same time with Pokemon?
If you need something to blame, blame the 2DS.

I would. It's cheap, it doesn't have a mostly pointless gimmick and it doesn't look like it'll break for no reason.

Traditionally, fossil Pokemon are never version-exclusive. So unless GF decides to change that, you'll get to choose regardless of which version you pledge your allegiance to

The new pokemon moves are going to be interesting because they announced they new ice type move thats suppose to be super effective to ice types.

I really hope that they stop announcing new Pokemon soon, and have Gen.6 introduce just 51 new.
That way we can end at 700, and have further games utilise pre-existing 'mon in new ways

Mega Mewtwo X looks badass, but I'm getting Pokemon Y.

I plan to breed my Froakie, hopefully someone will be willing to trade a Mega Mewtwo for a Froakie jr. so I can have both forms.

why would anyone trade a starter for a nonbreedable exclusive legendary?

I'll play X, because the legendary just looks better to me.

Who the hell would trade a Mewtwo over a starter?!
Starters are breedable, just a dumbass would trade it's Mewtwo for a starter,
even more considering it would have a Mewtwonite X/Y.

how often is someone going to use a mewtwo?
people use legendaries for a while then its right into the box.
they cant evolve you cannot breed them, and after you catch them you dont know what to do with them.
the only reason the legendaries are even in the game is for bragging rights anyways.

Mewtwo is one of my favorite Pokémon,
