yup it's true.
I have a 5 heart Azumarill and cures itself status ailments and some times land critical hits and avoid attacks like the messages on the image.
obviously that didn't happened while I was playing online.

Pansear has 28/25/24/31/31/23 for its IV's. It has perfect special defense and Special attack.

Legendaries tend to have less punny names (the only exceptions I can think of right now are the regis and the legendary birds) so I assume it'll be fine. One of them will probably be another cute 100 base stats everywhere legendary though (Mew, Shaymin, Jirachi, Celebi, Victini)
