Since you have both games, choose any starter then go to the first place which you can trade.
Do the same for the second game but with another starter.

after trading 2 starters to 1 game, restart the second one with remaining starter and trade it when you can.

This way, you will get the 3 starters + Torchic.

Went to GAME here in the UK and picked mine up. I made sure Nintendo did brake release date first via GAME web chat help. Managed to trade over all starters and stuff Oooooo and the online event is working also

Just called the store where I pre-ordered the games from, told them I went on vacation tomorrow early to see if they would sell it already. They told me they didn't received them yet, and they had to disconnect. So yea.. The last week is the most difficult to wait.
