EDIT: BTW (I can't be sure about this, but) I think this gen's gonna have a third version instead of sequels. In the case of Black and White sequels made sense if you think about it, what with the incomplete dragon and all, but now we have X with Xerneas, Y with Yveltal, and there's Zygarde.

From past big eShop downloads it usually pops at 9PM PDT which is 12AM EDT on the east coast. And it takes forever because people are downloading all at once.

I made that mistake with Fire Emblem Awakening. Never again. The time it takes is roughly equivalent (at least on my internet speeds) to just going to a midnight release lol.
