It hasn't been released in Europe too,only in some countries.

if they didn't announce this was a world wide release back in January, then i would have already bought a Japanese 3ds and have the game imported.

As others stated like me, it's:

• Annoying
• against the rules
• costs more space on servers
• fills more pages, so even more space is used on the temps servers.

So this might be a little early to be asking about it. But for those who are messing with flash carts to power level their pokemons and whatever other modifications they'll do, is it possible to upload the pokemon from that version to the cloud and into X/Y? I'm assuming the app directly pulls data from the ds slot so perhaps it's impossible unless you trade your pokemon with a legit copy of BW2 and THEN use the app to load into the cloud. Phew long sentence.
