DLC, when done right, can be a great thing as it allows game developers to give you more content over time and increases the playability. It's better than waiting ages for another game to be released and paying full price. Not to mention this is Nintendo we're talking about. They wouldn't slap on a crazy price tag for a minuscule add on.
Plus, it's not like they're forcing it upon anyone, it's completely on the consumer.

you can not get the the GameStop/TRU (or where the event is)
to get the event pokmon

so
"event only" pokemon DLC (at $0.99)
a some point after the event is over
you can buy the pokemon off the ehop

i think that could be a good DLC of pokemon

I mean looking at that tunnel on the map and not seeing any blips over that area, it kinda leads me to believe that something might be added later on, probably in a sequel or 3rd version.
