In the Pokémon Amie feature, there are three stats listed for your Pokémon. Friendliness, Hunger and Play. It's currently unclear whether these features affect gameplay. The sweets you obtain for it are called Pofure.

During the Pokémon Game Show, it was shown thanks to a picture from a Twitter user, that the method of Mega Evolution is through a simple button in the attack interface when your Pokémon has the Mega Stone attached to it. In the demo, you also ride on a Skiddo in a route and seen riding a Rhyhorn. In it, you also battle Professor Sycamore, where you use Mega Evolution, and battle Shauna & the other playable character. Fennekin has the moves Psybeam, Flame Charge, Fire Spin and Tail Whip. The Mega Evolution battle has you face off against Chandelure and Crobat with Mega Mewtwo. Helioptile has Tail Whip, Thundershock, Quick Attack & Parabolic Charge In the demo, you start off with Alexa telling you to go see Professor Sycamore. On your way there, you battle the rival, with a time limit. Once you get to Professor Sycamore, he will give you Mewtwo and teach you about Mega Evolution, which is just done by a tap of a button, and he'll then battle you. After the battle, a video runs of the game. It is also said that running is default, with you having to press the B Button to walk. We're still getting more information so keep your eyes peeled on the site.

No it makes sense. Remember there are 2 pokemon games so their total results are split. If they added both the X and Y preorder numbers it would be number 1. After all, they are both seperate games and still made the top ten.

I guess.. but Adventure Time? It's gotten barely any exposure at all (the game), and it is a niche series (but don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the show, and will definitely get the game).

If I remember correctly, Cartoon Network played new Pokemon shows during one of the weekdays. Wednesday, I think? Either way, kids love Pokemon, so Cartoon Network will try to get it for sure.

The Japanese website is billing Pokémon: Origin as a "special broadcast", so it's likely to be a one-off, not a full series.

• To Mega Evolve, you hit a "Mega Evolution" button on the battle screen. You can still attack in the same turn.
• Fennekin can learn Psybeam.
• Friendliness, Hunger, and Play are three of Pokemon Amie's stats. The food used in Pokemon Amie is called Pofule.
• You now run by default.

So mega Charizard with dragon type would still be useless due to stealthrock as you have to press a button to activate. At least you can attack on the same turn. Running by default is cool.

People who have played the demo have said when they used fairy moves it was ineffective against fire. and fire did normal damage to fairy type pokemon.

Yea, I'm all the rage at funerals. There is word going around that their may be more specials, that could eventually turn into a series but keep your hopes low so u dont get to dissappointed.
