whats great is that now we have no cheats and hacks and decryptions there could be loads hidden that we dont see until nintendo tell us

True but since that Gateway 3DS has been released we never know. New updates about it describes some sort of support for it. They've recently done firmware spoofing and made it region free. XD
But you're right. We can't read the save files yet since they're encypted, so there's dat. However, since the inclusion of super traning, EV's should be a cinch. XD YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! As for IV's and nature... well catching will have to be done the old fashioned way. XD

Indeed. But I'm pretty sure the save file for PKM will be something similar of animal crossing. Or maybe entirely different...
Well, I don't mind anyway. I'm gonna buy the game. Old pkm should still be transferable if they do something about it...

I tought it was just the "new useless stuff we add on pokémon" for this gen.
We had contests, the underground mines, pokéthlon, pokestar studios and now pokémon Amie.
Unless Pokémon Amie is really important I'll ignore it just like the previous features I already said,
If I wanted something like pokémon Amie I would still be playing tamagochi.

Some of us loved our tamagotchis, but now we can have it in an actual game. I personally disliked most of the side stuff like the beauty contests, dress up, movies, etc. But I expect to enjoy Amie.

It was cited at the Pokemon E3 roundtable it will boost crits/evasion the more you play with your Pokemon. lol Another hidden battle mechanic.

I'm a bit scared about hacking in X and Y, I really hope that it has a really good detection system for hacked pokemon when doing things like migrating and battling.
