I really want them to include Pokemon roaming around and stuff like that. I mean, not like there not being random battles in the grass anymore, but, since they have 3D models of every Pokemon, at least having some walking around or NPC trainers with their Pokemon out and stuff like that, to make the world seem more "natural".

I like how the ground textures don't seem that shamelessy "copy and pasted" like with previous games in this pic.

Exactly what I wanted to see, and I don't know why they won't do that in modern Poke'mon games. It would've make it 10x more realistic as in the cartoon episodes.

The copying and pasting is still there, maybe not as noticeable since it's 3D.

Apparently, all wild Pokemon are aggressive. Except for most legendaries, since they just stand still, which is weird... you'd think it'd be the other way around.

I know, I was trying to explain why you wouldn't see Pokemon in the wild. Almost any Pokemon that you can see can see you, so that'd be the equivalent of starting a random battle.

Then yeah. Not to mentionI don't thin that the 3DS has enough horsepower to animate every damn pkm sprite in the overworld. All 700+ of them XD

I can see that, but, for example, the dirt texture in the left isn't the exact same (at least for those things that look like rocks). Anyway, that's why I said shamelessy, they're trying to mask it, at the very least, instead of just repeating the same tiles, althought you're right, that grass is exactly the same as far as you can see in that shot.

Well, that works for the outside field, but you could always see some bird pokémon flying in the sky (like what happens when you go out form your house in Black and White). But what about trainer's pokémon?

Wouldn't they just be in their Pokeballs?

Certainly, but why wouldn't they be out of them too?
I mean, if I recall correctly, they say they live alongside pokemon as friends, which implies there would be more Pokemon around than just tools for fighting and wild, aggresive Pokemon in the tall grass...

Well, because of global warming, they have run out of Pokemon sunscreen for the whole planet. In order to reduce exposure to harmful sun rays, the amount of time Pokemon can spend outside is limited to battles.
