If you look at the baby in the x and y image, you'll see his design is different. I don't think he'd be a Cubone, unless he evolves, like slow bro.

His word doesn't apply this generation. Everything he said earlier in the year was false. The only reason he got fairy type was because EVERYONE said fairy type especially Pokebeach's leaker. Everyone followed him cuz of what he said during 5th geb but 6th gen he doesnt know crap.
