I'd go with Glavantula.
It's dual-type make it resistent to four types,
It has a good speed and a decent Sp. Atk.

I'd use this move-list:
Thunderbolt,
Bug Buzz,
Energy Ball
Toxic.

I don´t have Thuderbolt, I Guess Thunder Is better.
and yes, galvantula looks better.

If only Pokemon were a first-person game.. then I wouldn't have to worry about which Pokemon looks coolest and I could go with pure strategy. I had to hack White 2 so the first three Pokemon I caught were Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle. I dislike the Gen V starters (except Tepig, but his evos are ugly).

I mean who have time to go killing wild pokemon for only 150 exp each when i need atleast 2000 exp to level up, and not all of those pokemon go down that easily. I still don't understand how people can grinding lv5 magikrap to Gyados anyway.

I had awful times grinding in Pokémon HG. I like to level up all my pokémon 5 lvs every time I win a badge, but in a game that you have lvl 20-25 pokemon on the grass until the fucking eighth gym is very hard to grind.

Get one that's level 15, do it to high level enemies or dump it in the day care. 5>20 will take ages yeah.

Basically, this means that every region's cartridges will contain the exact same rom in them, and thus would be region-free.
And choosing the language means you'd be able to access Japan-only events without having to buy the Japanese versions on the net, right? That is, unless they did something super-special-awesome and allowed everyone to access every Wi-Fi event no matter what, in which case it wouldn't really matter.

They not confirm any of that but I think it will pretty likely happen. After all, I don't see the reason for region lock this since they will come out at the same time anywhere with the same content. But it could still be region lock because each region have they own game rating after all.

If they did have Japan-only events, I highly doubt they'd base whether or not you can participate on what language you checked. There are plenty of people in the US and other countries outside of Asia that speak Japanese, and for them to only have events for those who speak Japanese would be very bad PR.

And yet, the English (and possibly the French) versions of B/W/B2/W2 were region-free, even though each region had their own game rating.
