Gaming Pokémon USUM Festival Plaza Error Code 001-0502

Whenever I try to connect to the internet in the festival plaza, one of 2 things happens. It either stays stuck on the “Connecting to the internet. Please stand by” screen until I shut my 3DS off, or it will connect me to the internet and then immediately kick me off and give me the error code. I have no clue what the problem is. Please help!

Hmm just turn the router off and on and set what happens.

Just tried it and it didn’t work. It’s only the Featival Plaza that’s doing this by the way. Everything else works perfectly fine; internet browser, eShop, Youtube, Etc.
