ROM Hack pokemon tracks of light Translation patch??

Is there a english patch for the game pokemon ranger: hikari no kiseki ( Pokemon tracks of light ) ?? i tried the japanese version and i have no idea what am i doing . so can some one tell me a english patch that works or a topic where some one is making a patch ?

Every Pokemon Ranger game so far has come out in the US. Nobody will make a translation when it is expected that it will come out soon.
