What is a memory heap? And where do I find the location... and how do I know what to edit it to for each pokemon?

You gotta use sx os's cheat searcher. A memory heap is what the game accesses to read what happens in the game. Like the RAM of your system. I have no idea how to do this, I'm just going off what OP said.
