Gaming pokemon sword crash with error after installing 1.30 update

I have the cart game but can no longer update after being banned. I installed the update 1.30 but the game would crash to menu after reporting an error message. I don't have the DLCs.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I'm on latest official firmware and latest CFW.

How is the SD card formatted?

fat32.
Turns out the crash is caused by some left-over mod files from previous version. Removing those I was able to run the game normally.
