That is the event data so you like it or not that how it is without editing with pkhex, true that Gamefreak suck with their online hack then that why the Shiny Galarian Kanto birds are tradeable, and HA Gen 8 starters was tradeable at launch. You might have a tradeable version but your pk8 file still fail legality check.

I have shiny Volcanion, Victini, Cosmog, Gmax Melmetal (all shiny) even shiny Rayquaza with V-Create tradeable in Sword Shield through Link Trade.

That is why I'm interested with Wolf's and hope can work around with his file.

Well if gamefreak server allow the trade then the problem is that, do keep in mind that Shiny form of Galarian birds which pkhex marked illegal is tradeable despite it being shiny lock, same goes for gen 8 HA starters when the games first came out , so you still have to look what gamefreak allow and what they doesn't.
