You can't without the seed.

Mine is working just fine. I've downloaded with FunKeyCIA and installed with latest FBI.
I'm uploading it to google drive too, while decrypting with decrypt9, but both are taking so much time to complete

I did it by installing, then using decrypt9 to convert SD card content to CIA.

Get the titleID/EncTitleKey
Use CIAngel to download it and viola
