Hacking Pokemon sun and moon save questions

Hey both me and my son Have been playing Pokemon Sun and Moon on our 3ds. I have checked both versions of the game and they are the leaked cia game so my question is can I delete the games from the consoles and install a more "LEGIT" version of the game and keep the save files.

Also I noticed mario Maker 3ds was leaked would it be worth playing it now or just wait until it is offically out.

Backup up your saves and delete the leaked .cias, then download from freeShop or that iso site. FreeShop more

So when I redownload the games and Install them onto my 3ds will the save just work?

Yeah export the saves with JKSM then import them once you've re-downloaded.
