ROM Hack Pokemon Soul Silver (US) Freezing on iTouch DS

I'm not sure if I needed a patch for this game to stop the freezing, but whenever I search for a patch to fix freezing, I get a patch that makes the Japanese version partially translated to English (Like the beginning of the game and the Pokemon and moves).

I'd much rather play it on my DS than on an emulator on my computer.
Can someone link to a patch for maybe the R4 or M3DS, or maybe a cheat.db that has a patch cheat in it. (I remember Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story having one a long time ago)

Last time I checked, the iTouch can't play commerical roms. Only homebrew.

Edit: I realized that I got that confused with another one. As for why it doesn't work, it might be because of the new AP that was on the game. The iTouch doesn't have the mean of taking care of that just yet.

it had rudolph in its name.
