We know how to swap in/out/mod music in many of the games. SFX has the same steps, generally.
Took some major effort, using emulator tools to HD capture every attack. It is a big blast of nostalgia.
To get all these: I first disabled in-game music in the ROM with Hex Editor or remove bgm files.
Next, I can freely use the attack in battle, without background music.
Record the attack's sound and then clean/edit the wav/mp3 in Audacity.
There are many ways to disable music. I may make another post for that.
