is this tool for pokemon rumble blast?

No, it's a tool for Pokemon Rumble World,
The second successor to Rumble Blast (after the Wii U game succeeded it), and it doesn't allow importing -.-

It appears similar to the game, except there are micro-transactions that suck your blood money, releasing 7 of the same kind won't return an "evolved" (or any pokemon, for that matter),
and legendaries are no longer 100% befriending. One can't even trade anymore!


Luckily, it seems that one can have more than Epic (or so it seems),


And SciresM may be working on importing Pokemon from Rumble Blast to Rumble World (not confirmed).

However, the editing tool for Pokemon was announced, so rejoice!

It should be in a folder called 00slot00 in the folder 00001646. If you have an empty 00001646 folder, but also have a folder called extdataboss, you exported the wrong file.

It's probably possible, but I don't know how power is stored! I'm looking into it, and if I figure it out I'll add support for it.

The original post should mention that you need some sort of way to run homebrew, whether it be gateway or another method.

There's very little in the original post that suggests it.
