Gaming Pokemon quest downloaded from eshop can't be launched...

Hello, I've just downloaded PKQ on my switch from eshop and I can't launch it, in SD and nand too...

Does anyone know why ?

EDIT : I don't understand how it possible but the game can be launched with CFW (nosigcheck), I've downloaded it from eshop so I'm lost

If you downloaded it in CFW, that explains the problem because certain CFWs (i.e. RajNX, ReiNX, etc.) patch the ticket service in the console so it can generate fake tickets for .NSP games installed via Tinfoil.

I've downloaded it in ofw bit sometimes before I've installed it in nsp
How can I delete the fake ticket ?
