ROM Hack Pokemon, Pokebank and Jk's save manager question...

So, if I backup my Pokemon Y save, transfer my Pokemon to Pokebank and the restored my old save would it be possible to still transfer the same Pokemon again? Infinite duplicates? I ask this purely out of curiosity

If works.

Well, technically the moment you use a cheating device to clone, they stop being legit.

The word here is "legal".
They may be legal, provided they weren't illegal to begin with.
