Hacking Pokemon Platniu Freezing Issue

i guess only because i mentioned " How do i obtain teh latest build if fixed in it" in my post there. and this is also previlatnt in RC2 but

its now freezing randomly on a 50/50 chance of loading wii Settings for the GTS.

any Idea Why guys?
